I had the pleasure of appearing as a guest on Bitch Talk Podcast, where I joined the super fly team of ladies in a radio studio on Broadway in San Francisco. After rescheduling a few times, I was so excited to finally meet the hosts, Erin and Angela, and their soundmaster Char.

We talked about my research and writing, my forthcoming essay on SF bboys and bgirls vs. displacement, sharing our admiration for the mighty Ruby Ibarra, about being Asian American womxn in the Hip Hop world, and so much more. Although I was nervous and sick with the flu, Erin and Angela were so welcoming that even after the recording was finished, we continued to chat about the state of San Francisco housing, gentrification, and neighborhood changes.

Thank you so much to Erin, Angela, and Char, for inviting me into your space and sharing your platform with me! I hella appreciate the opportunity and am so grateful to be among incredible womxn of color creators. THANK YOU!
